Happy Friday guys! Man, has this week been a little bit of a doozy. With everything happening so fast with the Coronavirus, COVID-19, and the quarantine orders things have gotten crazy. Everything is shutting down but the necessities, means there’s a lot of smaller businesses struggling. I’ve taken a step back and have started observing. Just seeing how creative they’re being to survive these times. But, also the community support they’re receiving is amazing.
It warms my heart to see people working together, supporting one another and really rooting each other on. So for today’s Friday Favorites I wanted to share a few of my favorite small shops to support during this time. Be sure to comment your favorites below so we can all check them out and support them as well!
Anchora Bella Boutique
I love this place. You may remember I did a holiday style session here. Always so many cute pieces to add to your closet collection.
Etre Collection
Another super cute online store. They always have some really cute cozy and casual tees. Etre also shares a lot of feminine, stylish, classic clothing without breaking the bank.
Lemon Gift Shop
This one one of my favorite stores when I lived in The Bay Area. She has such a great selection of casual, comfy styles. So many great pieces to lounge around in right now while we’re all stuck at home.
Amelia’s Boutique
Such cute store. They always have a the latest trendy pieces, as well a great closet staples. Over on Instagram they’re always doing style sessions and sharing ways to style the items they have in store and online.
Frankie & Jules
Another great local store. I did a Valentine’s Day Sweater style session when I was in store last. SO many fun and cute things here too.
Leina Shine Boutique
Another online boutique that Love to shop. SO many cute pieces that are affordable and great now in quarantine, but also great once we get out! I recently did a style video with a cute top that I got from them, and styled a thermal top I got a few years ago.
There are so many great small shops to support right now. These are just a few that I know, love and shop with frequently. I’d love to hear some of your favorites in the comments below so we can all check them out and help support them right now.
Another thing to think about is your local restaurants. So many here in Kansas City are offering to-go, curbside pick up and even free delivery to help keep them going, as well as their employees on staff. I’ll work on a list for Kansas City and share it over on my Instagram Stories!
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great weekend.
