Merry Christmas! I hope everyone is enjoying the day with their families! In case you’re new around here, I thought I’d do a little get-to-know me post for my birthday this year! I’m 36 today so I came up with 35 things that you might not know about me. To be honest, it’s kind of hard thinking of 36 things about yourself…Haha I love meeting you guys too, so introduce yourself to me in the comments or comment on my instagram post here and say hi!
36 THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT ME
1. I’ve been a nurse for 8 years!
2. I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri
3. I am 5′ 9”
4. I started blogging in 2015
5. I love thunder storms, it calms me.
6. My favorite movie is Pretty women, I would watch it at least 3 times a week when I was a kid.
7. I am a middle child, I have an older brother and younger sister
8. My favorite treat is a warm chocolate chip cookie
9. My favorite ice cream is chocolate chip cookie dough
10. My birthday is on Christmas Day and I was handed to my mom in stocking. She filled it every year for my birthday.
11. I’m an enneagram 3. I learning about myself, how I’m motivated and why I am the way I am. I also love learning about the others so I know how to best serve others.
12. Before I was a nurse I worked in marketing. I mostly did event planning an client entertainment.
13. I’ve been using and selling Maskcara Beauty for 3.5 years. The simplicity and how compact it is has been such a game changer for me as a busy Mama

15. My favorite season is fall, I hate winter (other than Christmas/my birthday)
16. I played competitive softball starting at 8 years old
17. I was Missouri Gatorade Softball Player of the Year my senior year of High School in 2003
18. My dream vacation spot is Greece, hopefully one day!
19. I’m a huge nail biter, but get my nails done to keep the habit at bay
20. I’ve never been a big sleeper, I’m typically good with about 4-5 hours
21. I’ve always wanted a Chanel bag and Louis Vuitton tote
22. My fav place to shop would probably be Nordstrom, but it’s not always the most budget friendly.
23. I drink 3-4 coffees everyday
24. I’m a loyal buyer of Perfect Bars, I have one everyday for breakfast
25. I used to wear heels all the time, before kids, but now I’m all about the comfys! These days you’ll only catch me wearing heels at an event or night out
26. I record a ton of tv shows, typically 2-3 per night 🤦🏻♀️ I love tv
27. I have always loved to cook. I mostly find recipes but always change things based on what I have and like
28. I order something off Amazon almost every day…it’s and addiction.
29. I’m fashionably late to everything – it’s always a good idea to tell me to be somewhere 10-15 minutes before I actually need to be there
30. I have moved 6 times in 8 years
31. I am a nurse injector. I love it so much. There’s so much more beauty in this field than people realize.
32. I usually have hair extensions in, either hand tied, clip in or have worn the Keratin Bond.
33. I’ve lived in 4 states: Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and California
34. Christmas is my favorite holiday, but also the hardest for me because my Dad died on Christmas Day when I was 16
35. I spend 5 minutes every morning reading through positive affirmation and mindset quotes
36. My favorite thing about blogging is getting to share my tips, tricks and passion with all of you. As well as learning and getting inspired by other blogging friends and you guys in return! This space has brought so much joy to my life, as well as the chance to meet so many amazing people. I’ve gained some amazing friendships and also got me started on my SEINT journey.
