I have to admit, I have bought a lot of dresses in the past, but I don’t think I have actually been as into them as I am now. I would buy them because it was cute, I’d try it on and it would look good on and then I would wait…and wait….and wait for something to actually wear it to.
Well no longer my friends, I have truly discovered the beauty of a great shift dress. I mean do you understand how easy they are and how fast you can actually get ready for the day? Maybe it’s mom life, or maybe it’s just a little laziness in my old age; but I am obsessed with dresses.
I grabbed this linen number a month or so ago on sale at Nordstrom and have been wearing it a ton. A great basic like this is perfect to wear super casually with sneakers when you’re with the kids, or if you’re going for lunch/happy hour you can throw on a cute pair of sandals or a wedge. It’s so versatile.
