It’s time for another What To Wear Wednesday! This week is all about the Moto Jacket for Spring. At least here in the Midwest it’s still cold most days, at least in the mornings and evenings, so layering is a must. For me, I love throwing a moto jacket on over just about anything. It’s a great way to finish a look, but also gives it a little edginess.
Plus, moto jackets are often expensive. So finding ways to fit it into my wardrobe as often as possible makes the purchase worth it!
I think the key to incorporating your moto jacket is keeping things simple. It’s the statement piece of the look. So let the jacket do most of the work!
Ways To Style A Moto Jacket For Spring
Flowy Top and Skinny Jeans. This is the best and easiest way to wear your Moto jackets every day. Take a cute flowy top, and you can leave it out, or half tuck it. It’s so quick and easy. You can be ready in MINUTES!
Over a maxi dress. I love this style, as seen here I’ve done this for years!
Layer over shorts. So it’s still cold here, so I actually just wore this over skinny jeans and thought it would also be great with shorts as is warms up. Yep! It’s so cute, right? Grab your fave light weight sweater, or tee and you’re ready to go!
Boyfriend jeans and a tee. The thing about this look is you could easily switch out your top and wear this look every single day. Pair it with sneakers, mules or slides.
White jeans and Print top. I love the contrast of hard and soft. The light and feminine touch of floral looks so cute with a moto jacket. Plus, who doesn’t live for a good white jean during Spring and Summer?!?
Graphic tee and leggings. You all know I couldn’t resist a look with leggings! I live in leggings and there’s no better way to pull them together than a moto jacket!
Wear over a romper or short dress. This is another option to edge up your dresses and rompers and wear them longer throughout the year!
A moto jacket is so versatile. It’s a closet staple over here because I feel like i can literally throw it over anything. Especially right now while it’s still cooler!
