Yesterday I was running around ALL day. I dropped Aria off at gymnastics camp, ran errands with Amelia, back to gymnastics for Amelia, more errands, etc…Literally on my feet non-stop. On days like this I have to wear sneakers. Sneakers are something that get me through the day because I can actually get things done while being comfortable.
It’s interesting because about six years ago the thought of wearing sneakers with an outfit other than workout clothes was completely non-existent. A few times I tried and thought I looked hideous.
However, in all fairness there weren’t as many casual sneakers options as there is now. There are a ton of styles and colors making this style easy and more acceptable. Thank god because Mom Life would be so freaking hard otherwise. Well maybe not hard, but definitely less stylish.
I picked up this pair recently and I have been instantly obsessed. I have been wearing them non-stop. They’re SOOOO comfortable. I’ll be honest, when you pick them up off the shelf you make think “Gosh these feel kinda heavy.” But, you’ll be surprised. I barely felt like they were on my feet and I loved having the small platform.
Best part about these is they are only $35. So it got me thinking, what other sneakers can I find under $50. Are there some cute ones, comfy ones and are there plenty of color options? YES. YES. And YES. I found a bunch and rounded up my Top Ten Sneakers under $50.
